Welcome. These terms set out the simple ground rules for using our website, booking a coop consultation and ordering feed, bedding and supplies from us. By doing so, you agree to what's written here.
When you request a coop-setup consultation, we'll do our best to hold your appointment slot. If your plans change, please let us know as early as you can so we can offer the time to another backyard keeper. We may release your slot if you're running very late without a word.
Supplies and prices listed are shown in good faith and may change from time to time as feed costs and availability shift with the seasons. If an item you've ordered is out of stock, we'll always suggest the closest, freshest alternative for your flock.
For custom coop builds or hen houses we ask for a few days' notice and may take a deposit before we start building. If you need to cancel, get in touch as soon as possible and we'll be as flexible as we reasonably can.
You're welcome to browse our coop plans, feed guides and flock-care articles, and to share them with other keepers. Please don't copy our guides, photos or branding for your own commercial use without asking us first.
We take real care over every coop we build, every bag of feed we sell and every guide we publish on this site, but we can't promise the website will always be free of errors or interruptions. If something looks wrong — a wrong price, a broken link — tell us and we'll put it right.
