Whether you'd like a box of pastries brought round for breakfast or a loaf set aside to collect, here's how it all works.
We deliver within the neighbourhood most mornings. Place your order the day before and we'll bring it round fresh, usually between 8am and 11am. A small delivery fee applies depending on the distance.
Order ahead and skip the line at the feed store. We'll have your feed, bedding, and coop supplies bagged and set aside at the counter for the time you choose — just give us your name when you swing by, and we'll help you load up if you need a hand.
Every bag of feed we sell is rotated often so your flock always gets fresh, high-nutrition grain — not something that's been sitting on a shelf for months. Store opened feed in a sealed metal bin away from moisture and rodents, and try to use it within four to six weeks.
Setting up a new flock or restocking several coops at once? Give us a few days' notice for larger feed, bedding, or coop hardware orders so we can make sure we have enough in stock without leaving other backyard keepers short. Get in touch and we'll sort the details.
Need to change or cancel a supply order? Let us know before it's pulled and packed and we'll happily adjust it or refund you. Once your feed, bedding, or custom coop parts have already been boxed up and labeled with your name, we may not be able to make changes.
